Ever since I watched Miss Congeniality 1 & 2, I’ve successfully become a Sandra Bullock fan.
I totally LOVEEE her movies!
Not only that she’s funny and hilarious, I think she’s really beautiful!
I think she’s one of the few pretty actresses that excels in comedies.
One fine day, after dinner at somewhere in Cineleisure,
a poster that was on the wall, in the display frame with the words “COMING SOON” in huge bold font happened to catch my attention.
The Proposal – Starring, SANDRA BULLOCK and Ryan Reynolds.
Finally! Another production of Sandra Bullock!
I didn’t capitalize Ryan Reynolds all the way because truth to be told, I seriously have no idea who is he that time.
Later I came to know that he’s actually the husband of Scarlett Johansson after I googled him! Like WHOA!
Man with great taste!
Okay, I only said that cause I really like Scarlett Johansson too.
So finally after months of awaiting, The Proposal FINALLY started!!!!
The moment I came to know that it started showing at GV, I literally dash down to watch it with YL – my movie partner.
Okay, so maybe there’s a little exaggeration with the word “dash”.

I personally found the movie very good, something you can totally expect out of Sandra Bullock’s movies.
Though the story line was slightly cliche and it’s pretty similar to certain movies that’s already available out there.
But on the scale of five, I’d give it say….a three point five maybe?
The humor level was definitely superbly high. The whole cinema was bursting with laughter, like literally.
The chemistry between Sandra and Ryan was pretty good.
I think that’s probably what contributed to the hilarious scenes, partially.
I didn’t really like how they ended the movie though.
Yes it still did make me laughed a little, but I was more like hoping to see a better scene. A little too rush I felt.
Nevertheless, I have enjoyed the movie quite a lot. I think the scriptwriter’s really good with the lines.
Right moment, right words = Great humor effects.
Of course, the actors portrayed their characters well.
And I like Ryan Reynolds after watching the show.
Not just because he’s Scarlett Johansson husband! But also because he’s really good with comedy as well.
I like his expressions and the way he expresses the lines.
“Congratulations, I’m a hundred years old.”
You got to watch it to know what the above line is about.
Do catch it if you need a good laugh.
It’s not a movie that will hit you with a “WOW” kind, but you’ll leave the cinema with delight.
I haven’t laughed so much in a cinema ever since……. I can’t remember when!
In fact, I wouldn’t even mind watching it again. Like yeah, it was that good.
I like you:)
And I liked that movie SO much. You have good taste, hun!
Hi elledaily,
Thanks! Hope you’ll drop by often.
and yeah, we both have good taste since we both liked that movie!
The Proposal was damn nice! (: Me lovess. And I love Sandra Bullock too. Omfg, die. We’re copies of each other. I love the part where Sandra goes on her knees to propose, and couldn’t get up. Hahaha, her killer Christian Louboutin heels.
YEAH! It was really good. Me loveeee too.
Well, like we always say, we’re the Powerhouse or something along that line. Attention catching. Very.
Ooh! That part! Indeed. Those Louboutins are killer! & Ryan Reynolds just walked away without helping her up! Hahaha!
Oh man. I feel like watching it again!!!!
